🍗 Garlic Butter Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley and lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook 5–7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the garlic butter over it.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon juice if desired.
