🍗 Garlic Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley and lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook 5–7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the garlic butter over it.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon juice if desired.
